Josh has over two decades of experience in creative media and event production - he’s worked with clients of all shapes and sizes on five different continents. Josh specializes in turning ideas into impactful content while building relationships that last, bringing a thoughtful, collaborative approach (and a bit of personality) to every project.

An AMSer since 2007, Margaret’s hands-on production experience early in her career allowed for an easy segue to project management and client care. A native Texan, Margaret loves road trips, craft beer, classic films and is active in her church community.

Kyle has always enjoyed watching movies and making home movies as a kid. Now he feels he is just a big kid and still loves production and production equipment. He joined AMS in 2017.

Born & raised in Plano, Texas, Michael received his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University. He has a love for film, photography & art. In his free time he’s a record collector and runner.

Ryan Sprinkle is a Multi-Instrumentalist, Composer and Post Audio Engineer specializing in Mixing and Sound Design. With 15 years of experience in “the business”, he has worked with celebrities, former presidents, and Grammy-nominated musicians in the realms of Documentaries, Television, Film, and Radio.

Osman Tello is from Colombian decent but born in Plano,TX. He always had a passion for art and movies growing up which led him to study film in Bogota, Colombia at Universidad Politecnico Grancolombiano. He has a great passion for cinematography and photography that shows in his work, either in corporate projects or network television. Hobbies are playing sports, watching movies, photography, traveling and just about anything including his 2 sons.

With a BA in broadcasting Cliff joined AMS in 2005 as the Technical Manager/Engineer. Since then he has provided our guests with the full range and flexibility of our technical capabilities. He has also helped clients design, install and operate their in-house studios as partners of AMS.

After getting his start editing consumer video in 1996, Randy then moved on to commercial and broadcast television with The Video Group. In February 2006, he joined the AMS family and has never felt more at home as our TOC Operator, Media Manager and Assistant Editor.
