Production Team

Andy founded AMS way back in the early days when we just watched three TV channels. When you had to use a phone book to market your services. Many things have changed since 1981 - but storytelling is still the most important thing we do at AMS.

Bret Harrell began his career at AMS in 1997. He began working in the production department running Chyron graphics and as a director / technical director for live programs. Today Bret oversees all operational aspects of AMS, including Accounting, HR, and IT.

Andrew dabbled in TV commercials and adapting Japanese anime to English before landing at AMS in 2010. A graduate of UNT’s RTVF program, he started as the Scheduling Coordinator for AMS before moving up to lead the Studios division.

An AMSer since 2007, Margaret’s hands-on production experience early in her career allowed for an easy segue to project management and client care. A native Texan, Margaret loves road trips, craft beer, classic films and is active in her church community.

Kyle has always enjoyed watching movies and making home movies as a kid. Now he feels he is just a big kid and still loves production and production equipment. He joined AMS in 2017.

Born & raised in Plano, Texas, Michael received his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University. He has a love for film, photography & art. In his free time he’s a record collector and runner.

Stephanie found her passion for makeup at AMS Pictures. She got her start at the front desk and worked her way up to makeup, hair stylist and SFX makeup. She also leads the Client Service team. Her specialty is taking a small budget and a large request and making it work.

After getting his start editing consumer video in 1996, Randy then moved on to commercial and broadcast television with The Video Group. In February 2006, he joined the AMS family and has never felt more at home as our TOC Operator, Media Manager and Assistant Editor.

Dogs, Star Wars, Coffee, and Craft Beers may not define Jon, however, they do keep him going throughout the day. At AMS, Jon maintains everyone's schedule, finds crew, handles client requests and is always looking forward to meeting new faces.

With a BA in broadcasting Cliff joined AMS in 2005 as the Technical Manager/Engineer. Since then he has provided our guests with the full range and flexibility of our technical capabilities. He has also helped clients design, install and operate their in-house studios as partners of AMS.
