1. Discovery
The more we understand about your show or event, the better! Let’s learn the details around the scope, subject matter, show flow, audience and your goals & expectations.
2. Technical Planning - Logistics
We need to understand the schedule, daily agendas, number of talent, number of cameras and set expectations. Whether it’s single-camera 30-minute webcast or a 3-day long, multi-camera event, we dive deep into the run of show and all the moving parts to gain a top view of your event.
3. Technical Planning - Sources
All the moving parts need to be acquired, organized, tested and tested again to make sure every roll-in clip, graphic, music cue and remote guest hits at the right time for seamless integration into the live show. These items include video roll-ins, graphics, LED video wall content and remote guests.
4. Technical Planning - Engineering
Our professional engineering team will manage the signal routing, mics & IFB, lighting cues, encoding and the signal’s transmission, as well as, history and ISO camera record requirements.
5. Execution
With our fully integrated control rooms, we have the technical expertise to flawlessly execute your live production. We have redundancies in place to assure a successful show & peace of mind. The same can be said of our Flypack, a mobile control room we can bring to your location!
